#1.) Can We customize these packages?
Yes, Every Beach Wedding Package can be customized or built from the ground up. Whether you want to mix and match or choose a package as is.
#2.) What if we only want parts of a package?
Yes, You can choose to only do a catering package, or a decor package, or you can piece everything together one by one. If you already have vendors in place, than we can build a custom package for your remaining items.
#3.) What is Our First Step?
There are three steps regarding our all inclusive packages and how to begin.
The First Step is to pick a package.
The Second Step is to let us know your guest amount and date that you want (This could be a rough estimate)
Third Step is Finding a Wedding Venue
Giving us a budget will always help us in steering us in the right direction as well.
#4.) What Happens after we place our deposit on the package?
Once the date is secure, then we transfer you over to our wedding planning and concierge department. There, they can help you with building and planning your package, wedding venues, wedding vendors, room blocks, discounts, and more!
#5.) How much is the Deposit for these packages?
The Deposit to reserve our All Inclusive packages is only $500. For Our Ceremony Packages, the deposit is $350 and for our Elopement Packages the deposit is only $100
#6.) What if my guest amount changes?
Your guest list is probably something that is going to fluctuate over the course of this process. It is always recommended to over estimate your guest list than under estimate to avoid going over budget.
#7.) If my guest amount goes lower, is the package price lower?
Yes! A large portion of the package price is based on your guest amount. Having less guests than anticipated will drop the price, and vice versa. Having more guests will raise the price. It’s good to plan a final guest count within 30 days before your event.
#8.) When is the Final Balance Due?
Your final balance is due 30 days prior to your event. You should have your final guest count by this time frame.
#9.) Will anyone be there for the package?
Yes, All of our Packages includes a wedding package coordinator to ensure proper execution and to make sure that your day goes off without a hitch.
