We had the pleasure of being a part of Meghan and Scott’s beautiful wedding in the Florida Keys! They chose our Everglades All-Inclusive Wedding Package and picked the stunning Largo Resort as their venue. With 40 of their closest family and friends, they created a wedding day that was not only breathtaking but filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories.
The Everglades All-Inclusive Package is designed to make your wedding day stress-free, and Meghan and Scott took full advantage of it! This package includes everything you need for a picture-perfect beach wedding—except photography, hair and makeup, and music. For those details, Meghan and Scott chose Stacia Morgan Photography , the Florida Keys Bridal Team for hair and makeup, and a music setup to set the perfect vibe for their celebration.
They decided to add a few extra personal touches to make the day even more special. Along with the essentials, they added bridesmaids bouquets, wrist corsages for the moms, and additional boutonnieres for the groom and groomsmen. Other than that, they opted for the full experience with our highest package, which included everything from flowers to furniture and more!
The Ceremony Details:
For their ceremony, Meghan and Scott went all out with tropical florals for the ceremony arbor and aisle décor—bringing that lush, island feel right to the heart of their celebration. They even chose a wine box ceremony, a unique and heartfelt way to symbolize the blending of their lives. With our included officiant, they exchanged vows in front of their closest family and friends, seated on beautiful bamboo chairs that perfectly matched the tropical setting.
Cocktail Hour and Reception:
During cocktail hour, Meghan and Scott’s Everglades Wedding Package came with a non-alcoholic bar for their guests to enjoy while they mingled. For the alcohol, the couple brought their own beer, wine, and liquor, keeping everything personal and tailored to their taste. The cocktail tables were covered with white spandex linens, tied in style, and upgraded with large floral centerpieces, adding a pop of tropical color to the space.
For the welcome table, Meghan and Scott chose a 4ft farmhouse table with a larger tropical arrangement, giving guests a warm, island-inspired welcome as they arrived.
The Dinner Experience:
For dinner, the couple chose to upgrade to all Farmhouse tables arranged in a U-shape design, allowing their guests to enjoy dinner while facing one another—perfect for fostering conversation and connection. The table design featured chiffon navy runners, navy napkins, tropical orange florals, and bamboo chargers, creating a vibrant yet elegant atmosphere. The bamboo chairs added a natural, coastal touch that tied everything together.
For the meal, Meghan and Scott went with a delicious selection: Prime Rib, Grilled Chicken with Grilled Veggies, and a refreshing House Salad. It was the perfect dinner for their guests to enjoy while they celebrated their love and shared memories.
Dessert:
Instead of a traditional wedding cake, Meghan and Scott opted for the included dessert package, keeping things simple and sweet. It was the perfect end to a perfect meal, allowing the couple to enjoy more time with their guests rather than worrying about cake details.
All in all, Meghan and Scott’s wedding day was a beautiful, laid-back celebration full of personal touches, stunning décor, and heartfelt moments. We’re so grateful to have been part of their journey and to have helped make their dream wedding come true in the gorgeous Florida Keys.
