When Samantha and Daniel began planning their wedding, they knew they wanted a celebration that blended elegance with the natural beauty of the Florida Keys. Surrounded by 75 of their closest family and friends, they brought that vision to life on the sparkling shores of Key Largo — and with our Alligator Reef All-Inclusive Wedding Package, the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish.
A Bride Who Knew Her Vision
From our very first meeting, Samantha had a clear idea of what she wanted: a white, clean, timeless look that allowed the tropical palms, natural greenery, and blue ocean waters to take center stage. She was a joy to work with, and seeing her vision come together on the big day was nothing short of breathtaking.
Her bridal bouquet was a true statement piece — loose, flowy, and all-white with no greenery for a soft, organic feel. Against her gown, it was perfection. Her bridal party’s sage green dresses added a touch of color that enhanced the tropical surroundings without overpowering them.
A Morning of Beauty and Anticipation
Samantha’s wedding day began with the talented Elaine Hampson providing hair and makeup services for the bride and her bridal party. From soft, beach-ready curls to flawless natural makeup, every detail was picture-perfect and held up beautifully in the island breeze.
A Romantic Ceremony by the Sea
The couple exchanged vows beneath our two-post bamboo arbor, elegantly draped with white fabric. Samantha chose to upgrade with lush floral arrangements, which framed the ocean backdrop beautifully. The aisle was kept simple with bamboo chairs and two large floral end pieces — later repurposed for the sweetheart table to maximize both beauty and budget.
Our in-house officiant delivered a heartfelt ceremony, and as the newlyweds shared their first kiss, guests showered them with petals — a moment full of joy, laughter, and love.
An Elegant Reception Under the Stars
Guests moved to a stunning waterfront reception featuring round tables with white linens, cylinder vases and pillar candles, white and gold-trimmed charger plates, and sage green napkins. Samantha added an upgrade to gold silverware for a touch of extra elegance.
Dinner featured marinated flank steak, chicken and vegetable paella, creamy mashed potatoes, and fresh mixed vegetables — paired with the couple’s signature drinks: a margarita and a Moscow mule.
When the music began, DJ Russ Ginsberg kept the dance floor full all night long, mixing the perfect blend of songs to keep energy high and smiles wide. The soft ocean breeze, laughter, and string lights created the perfect island-chic atmosphere.
